- Standard mileage rate applies. Contracts requiring travel over one hour are subject to an hourly travel rate of $60/h. Other travel expenses, such as tolls, parking/valet fees, will be added to the client's invoice on the day of the event.
- Early Start Fee ($150/hour before 8am).
- A Holiday Service fee of 2 5 % will be added to all services booked on major holiday weekends (i.e. New Years Eve, New Years Day, Valentines Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, etc).
- Additional Fee of $150 will be added if group number and timing requires addition artists, per artist.
- Touch Up Services are available in addition to wedding day services. For any situation in which the client requests extra services for any determined amount of time after initial services are completed, there will be an extra charge of $150 per hour.
- A minimum total of $1,000 for services is required to book.
- A signed contract and 30% non-refundable deposit is required to book. Deposit amount will be applied towards the final bill.
- Final payment for all service is due 2 days before wedding. Accepted forms of payment include cash, check or Zelle.

NO REFUNDS - Client acknowledges and agrees that all payments made to Makeup by Shirin ("Company") are final and non-refundable for any reason, including but not limited to: dissatisfaction with services rendered, changes in Client's plans or preferences, scheduling conflicts, or any other circumstances within or beyond Client's control. The sole exceptions to this no-refund policy are those explicitly set forth in Section 6 and Section 7 of this Services Agreement. By signing this Services Agreement, Client expressly waives any right to request or demand refunds or charge-backs of any kind, except as specifically permitted under the aforementioned sections.

COMPLETION OF SERVICES - Completion of makeup services is defined as the final application of makeup by Artist according to their professional judgment and expertise. Client acknowledges that: (b) Artist will make reasonable adjustments during the service based on Client's feedback, but is not obligated to make unlimited changes; (c) The agreed-upon time slot includes all adjustments and modifications; (d) Once Artist has departed the service location, the services are deemed complete and accepted; (e) Any subsequent changes, touch-ups, or modifications to the makeup by Client or others are beyond Artist's control and responsibility; and (f) Post-service deterioration of makeup due to weather, activities, or Client's skin condition is not grounds for claims against Artist.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION - This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions. The parties consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Loudoun County, Virginia for any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement. The parties waive any defense of forum non conveniens and agree that these courts shall have personal jurisdiction over them.
